THE SHORT ANSWER

Your Team ID is the number immediately after /entry/ in your official FPL points or history URL. In /entry/123456/event/5, the Team ID is 123456; 5 is the gameweek.

HAVE A LINK ALREADY?

Find the number in your link

Checked in your browser

Nothing is fetched or saved here. Your team is imported only if you choose to continue.

Find it on the official website

  1. Open Fantasy Premier League in your browser

Go to the official FPL website ↗ and sign in there to find your own team. PL Gameweek never asks for that password.

  2. Open your Points or Gameweek History page

Look for your team’s points view. On a public team page, Gameweek History appears under Points & Rankings. Avoid copying the generic /my-team address: it does not contain your entry number.

  3. Copy the number after /entry/

Use the browser address bar. A language prefix such as /en/ is fine. You can copy the entire official link into the checker above, or copy just the Team ID.

  4. Bring your own ID into PL Gameweek

Choose Open Team Planner after extracting it, or enter the number on Team Planner. Finding a correctly formatted number does not guarantee that a public deadline squad is available yet.

On a phone?

Open the official website in Safari, Chrome or another browser and follow the same steps. Tap the address bar to reveal the full address, then copy the link. If you cannot find an entry URL in the native app, use the browser website instead.

This guide does not depend on a particular app-menu layout. The reliable check is an official website link containing /entry/ followed by your number.

Common mix-ups

Is my league ID the same thing?

No. A URL containing /leagues/ identifies a competition. A league joining code also will not import your squad. Use the number after /entry/.

Can the checker recover my ID from my name or email?

No. It only reads the number or official link you paste. It does not search profiles, access an account or send the pasted text to a server.

Why does the imported team look different?

PL Gameweek reads the public squad recorded at a deadline. More recent private transfers may not be visible. Confirm your current players, bank and free transfers in Team Planner. Its budgets use reference market prices; check actual selling prices and affordability in FPL.

My ID was found, but my team will not load. What next?

Check that the ID belongs to your current-season team and that a deadline squad exists. If it is correct, retry later: the official service may be unavailable. An extracted ID is a format check, not a successful import.

Checked against the official website

The public Points view and Gameweek History link were inspected on 21 September 2026. Official entries use the /entry/ URL structure. See Fantasy Premier League and official FPL help.
